I had an idea to create illustrations of fruit set in autumn 2017, and have been working on the realization of this idea throughout February/March 2018. In all, I have created 11 illustrations: apple, apricot, banana, cherry, grape, lemon, orange, pear, plum, tomato, watermelon. Using rapidograph to form the shape, I am coloring my works digitally in Adobe Photoshop. Here is an apple!

The candy cane robot.

Pulled this from a sketch book, threw it in a frame and gifted it to a stranger. Tentative name is "Fleur in the Gris," Mixed Media, 2017,

5" x 7" abstract design with gold and silver metallic paint and glitter for highlights.

I am a mixed media artist, tutor and counselllor. I love working with children especially. Life is all about learning and in my world ... creating every day!!

I can’t remember if I ever drew much in the way of dinosaurs growing up, but when my folks brought me this Anixiousaurus t-shirt from their Spain trip for me recently, that gave me incentive to do something about it at least!
